Step-wise Guide to Sell Grocery Online
Step 01 -
Collect The Documents & Apply for Registration.
To create your seller account on Amazon.in you will need to collect the following details and click on "Apply Now"
1. Your GST and PAN information.
2. An active bank account for payments.

Step 02 -
Listing Your Products
To display your products on Amazon.in for customers to purchase, you need to send details on WhatsApp 6232975358 or can mail to ondeclisting101@gmail.com or can contact HALDKAR CONSULTANCY SERVICES LLP.
1. Adding a new offer by matching or scan the product barcode or ISBN using the Seller App.(if the grocery is available on Amazon).
2. Create a new listing by uploading product images and fill in the details.(for new brands of grocery not currently listed on Amazon).
Please note that in order to list your product, HALDKAR CONSULTANCY SERVICES LLP will be required to provide the following details, and your listing will be reviwed before they can be taken live:
- You will be required to provide your FSSAI license details as well as a declaration that you are compliant with the food safety standards prescribed by FSSAI.
- If you intend to list any organic food products, you need to have a valid 'National Programme for Organic Production' (NPOP) Certificate or 'Participatory Guarantee System for India (PGS-India) Certificate. In the case of imported organic food products, a certificate from an approved organic certification body of that country/region of origin is required.
- Products listed in the 'Grocery and Gourmet Foods' category should follow prescribed Food Safety And Standard Act and Regulations and shall have a minimum shelf life of 3 months, and can be stored/transported at ambient temperature.
- The scope of the license should include all food products and/or food product categories that you intend to list.
- Products & product categories included in the "Negative List" should not be listed.
You may be subject to additional guidelines while listing your products.
Step 03 -
Deliver To Customer
Once your product receives an order, you will need to deliver it to the customer. There are many ways to do this:
1. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
Amazon stores, packs & delivers your products. Products on FBA are Prime eligible.
2. Easy Ship (ES)
You store & pack your products, Amazon delivers
3. Self-Ship (SS)
You store, pack & deliver your products
Step 04 -
Get Paid Every 7 Days
You will get paid for your delivered orders in 7-day payment cycles after deducting the Amazon fees, with funds deposited directly into your bank account.
